Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program 

Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program is a transformative five-session journey grounded in the curriculum developed by Deepak Chopra, MD, and David Simon, MD, and inspired by Chopra’s bestselling book Perfect Health. You’ll explore the foundations of Ayurveda, identify your unique mind-body constitution (dosha), and learn practical tools to bring balance into daily life. Each session blends timeless wisdom with actionable practices—Ayurvedic nutrition; gentle detox and rejuvenation; emotional freedom and conscious communication; and healing through the five senses—so you leave with a personalized daily routine, effective stress-reduction methods, and clear lifestyle choices that support physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. Whether you’re new to Ayurveda or deepening your practice, this program offers a holistic roadmap to greater peace, vitality, and joy.

Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM)

Primordial Sound Meditation is a timeless practice from the ancient Vedic tradition, using a personalized Sanskrit mantra based on the vibration of the universe at the time and place of your birth. As a certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor through the Chopra Center, I’m trained to guide others in learning this powerful technique to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and reconnect with their deepest self. By integrating both the wisdom of the East and the science of the West, I help students cultivate inner peace, clarity, and a lasting sense of well-being through a simple daily practice.

I am a Yoga Therapist in training through the IAYT- accredited Soul of Yoga Institute, offering personalized sessions to support your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. Whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, easing stress, or seeking balance, I create customized plans using yoga posture breathwork, relaxation, mediation, and Ayurvedic Lifestyle practices. Sessions are available online or in-person to meet you wherever you are in your healing journey. Yoga Therapy is a personalized one-on-one approach focused on your specific needs, unlike a general group yoga class.
