Slow Down & Return to Balance, A Hybrid Yoga & Meditation Event

This is a heart-centered, nurturing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore balance in both body and mind.

During this 90-minute session, you’ll be gently guided through:
* Gentle yoga therapy
* Breathwork to regulate the nervous system
* Guided meditation
* Chakra awareness
* Reflection and intention setting

This event is beginner-friendly and open to all bodies and all levels. No prior experience is required. Everything is optional, you are always welcome to rest, modify, or simply observe.

What to bring:
* A yoga mat
* Water
* A friend
* An open heart
